Using this site

The content on casasol.ai is general information. Services and prices are confirmed in writing, by e-mail, before any work starts.

The Guide bot on Telegram gives general guidance on how estate agencies work in Spain. It is not legal advice.

Texts, design and images on this site belong to CasaSol unless stated otherwise. Spanish law applies.

Privacy: what we collect and why

Visiting the site. We use Plausible Analytics, which sets no cookies and collects no personal data: we only see totals, such as page views. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address to deliver pages and block attacks.

E-mailing us. We use your name, e-mail address and what you write to reply and to arrange a meeting. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you, or steps before a contract. Our e-mail is hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland. We delete the conversation when you ask.

Buyer reports. We use the property details and documents needed for your report, only for that report. Legal basis: the contract with you.

Lead assessments for agencies. The agency stays responsible for its clients' messages. We process them only on its instructions, under a data-processing agreement signed before anything is sent. Messages are processed on our own server in Spain, phone numbers and e-mail addresses are masked first, and nothing is sent to ChatGPT or any other AI company. They are kept only as long as the agreement says, and deleted when the agency asks.

The Guide bot. Telegram delivers your messages under its own privacy policy. We keep your questions and our answers on our server to answer you and to improve the bot, and delete them when you ask.

No automated decisions. Our tools make suggestions. A person decides.

We don't sell personal data, and we don't send it to AI companies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format: e-mail builder@casasol.ai. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Spanish data protection agency (AEPD, aepd.es).
